Personalized Professional Review Workflow

Step 1: File Submission

Send your artwork directly to our project team via email or Cloud Link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.).

Step 2: Human-Lead Tech Check

Our senior designers personally inspect every file for resolution, bleed, color mode, and text outlining. If we find issues, we don’t just reject them-we provide professional advice to fix them.

Step 3: Digital Proof Approval

We generate a final digital proof for your confirmation. We only move to production once you have signed off on the preview.

Step 4: Color-Managed Production

Your approved file is sent to our color-calibrated printers for a perfect match.

Step 5: Pre-test Before shipping

We will take photos to you before shipping.

File Setup Essentials

File Formats: We prefer PDF (Print Ready), AI (Text Outlined), PNG or JPEG.

Color Mode: CMYK mode ONLY. For specific branding, please provide Pantone Solid Coated codes.

Scale: Please set up files at 1:1 (Full Size) whenever possible. For extremely large files, use 1:10

scale (ensure resolution is adjusted accordingly).

Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines (paths) to avoid missing character issues.

Templates & Bleed Requirements

Why Bleed Matters: SEG graphics require extra fabric for the silicone gasket sewing

process.

The Rule: Please add 20mm (0.8") bleed to each side of your final frame size.

Safe Zone: Keep all critical text and logos at least 50mm (2") away from the edge to ensure

they aren't hidden by the frame profile or distorted by tension.
